We would welcome anybody suitable wishing to try shooting at one of our Open Days by prior arrangement only. We have competant and fully trained instructors.


From old Military rifles, cowboy underlever rifles, small bore and full bore rifles, black powder pistols  to the most technically advanced rifles and sighting systems.


There is something for everyone to enjoy! 



ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS

WE CURRENTLY HAVE 8 COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND APPROXIMATELY 40 MEMBERS OF THE CLUB, ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS ARE HELD TO GAIN EVERYONES THOUGHTS AND IDEAS FOR THE CLUB GOING FORWARD. IT IS AN OPEN AND HONEST CLUB AND ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW WE CAN IMPROVE ARE GREATLY WELCOMED.

GOVERNMENT/HOME OFFICE AMENDMENTS/RULES PERTAINING TO ALL FIREARMS AND SHOOTING:



CIRC 002 -AMENDMENTS

     This circular sets out changes to the Firearms Rules 1998 which will take effect from 7 May 2021, and        introduce changes relating to:

1. the prescribed forms for firearm and shotgun certificates, enabling recording of the “unique identifying mark” on the firearm or shotgun or its component parts

2. clarification of the obligation to inform the chief officer of police of the theft, loss or destruction in Great Britain of a firearm or shotgun certificate, or of any firearm or shotgun or ammunition to which the certificate relates
